If a client's network is setup to block certain ports or web addresses that compromise the services NjoyOnline.com provides it is the client's responsibility to ensure that their network configurations are changed as necessary.
3. TERMS RELATING TO NJOY IPTV SETUP BOX
3.1 Applicant or its Agent certifies that he/she is above the age of 18 years, has full contractual capacity and is duly authorised by the Applicant to contract on Applicant's behalf.
3.2 AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND. By applying for NjoyOnline.com service(s) through our online application process or otherwise, or by using the service(s) provided by NjoyOnlne.com under this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement and documents incorporated by reference.
3.3 Duration. The agreement will be effective as of the date of your acceptance thereof or as of the date of your first use of njoy iptv, and will remain effective for a period of 1 year. After the Initial term, this Agreement shall continue in effect for an additional term of indefinite duration until terminated upon at least 30 days prior written notice to NjoyOnline.com which notice may be given at least 30 days prior to the end of the then current term.
3.4 In the event that a debit order amount is recalled due to incorrect information supplied by applicant or due to insufficient funds in the applicant's bank account the services will be immediately suspended.
3.5 In the case of a service being suspended due to non-payment a reconnection fee of € 25.00 will be payable before services is unsuspended
3.6 NjoyOnline.com may record the existence of the Applicant's account with the Credit Bureau.
3.7 NjoyOnline.com may record and transmit details of how the Applicant has performed to a Credit Bureau, and how the account is conducted by the Applicant in meeting their obligations on the account.
3.8 Applicant confirms that all statements made in this application are true and correct. NjoyOnline.com reserves the right to request proof thereof.
3.9 NjoyOnline.com is not responsible if an external company network and firewall is setup to block access to services NjoyOnline.com provides. If a client's network is setup to block certain ports or web addresses that compromise the services NjoyOnline.com provides it is the client's responsibility to ensure that their network configurations are changed as necessary.
3.10 In an event of 30 days money back guarantee, NjoyOnline.com will fully refund, if and only the setup box is scratch free, and if the setup is functioning as delivered
3.11 A cancellation request in respect of any subscription must be completed via the web form http://www.njoyonline.com/cancellations/ one calendar month (30 days) before the date of ceasing the service. Note: This form is for the setup boxes only, subscribers to online Television cannot use this form.
4. TERMS RELATING TO NjoyOnline Affiliate Program
This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between njoyonline.com,a Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Holland) corporation ("njoyonline.com"), and you, as an Affiliate user of the njoyonline.com service ("You", "Your", "Affiliate"). To be an authorized Affiliate of njoyonline.com, You agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
