Why haven't I received any confirmation email?

You may not have received an e-mail sent by our automated system because of the following reasons:

  • - Your mail server is delayed in delivering the e-mail
  • - Your junk mail filter caught the confirmation e-mail before it could reach you


We suggest that you check any junk mail or spam guard settings that you may have on your e-mail Inbox, and alter them accordingly. These filters have been known to impede delivery of our confirmation e-mail. Additionally, you may want to add our e-mail address support@njoyonline.com and customer.service@njoyonline.com to your list of trusted addresses.

Why cant I login?

Please ensure that you are completely filling in your username and password in the correct fields before clicking on "Login".

If you click on "Login" before entering any information you will automatically receive an "required" error message. Also make sure that you are entering your password with the correct capitalization. The system is case sensitive, so you must enter your password exactly as you did when you registered. Your password can be found in the confirmation email sent to you when you first registered. If you still have trouble logging in, please try deleting your temporary internet files and cookies. If that doesn't work, try I've forgotten my password...

Can I use my account from any location?

Yes! but limited. Using your account from a different location is only allowed if you are the account holder. The system will automatically block your account if password sharing occurs. For re-activation of your account, a penalty fee will be charged

If you still use the email address you registered when you first created your account, you can reset your password:

1.Go to the Forgotten your password page.

2.Enter your registered email address and click Submit. This is the email address you used when you created your account. We will send you an email with a password token to reset your password.

3.Check your email inbox for an email from us entitled NjoyOnline .COM Password token. If you can't find it, remember to check your junk or spam folders. The email can take up to 30 minutes to reach you and it must be used within six hours.

4.Open the email and click the temporary code link. If the temporary code link does not work, click the second link entitled enter the code manually. This takes you to a web page where you can enter the temporary code contained in the email. Copy and paste this code into the box (make sure you don't include any spaces at the end) and click Submit.

5.Enter a new password. Your new password must be between 6 and 20 characters long, and must include at least one number and one letter. Enter the password a second time.

6.Click Change password and sign me in.

That's it! Your password has been reset. You can now sign in to NjoyOnline .COM with your new details.
